The practice is built around methodical precision, hands-on product development, practical design judgment, and collaboration with qualified specialists when a project requires engineering review. The roster is being expanded with people who think the same way.

Products that touch the body have to feel right. Performance and tactility aren't optional. The hand and the eye are the final tests, not the spec sheet.
The practice designs for the next decade, not the next quarter. Trends are avoided in favor of timeless utility. Products meant to be replaced quickly are designed by someone else.

Junior or senior is less interesting than whether the work is sharp. Best fits are those who find beauty in technical constraint and want to bring focused expertise to specific projects.
HOW LEAN ENGAGES
Lean operates as a practice with a deep network of specialist collaborators. Engagements are scoped to the work, with clear deliverables and timelines. The roster is being built around industrial design, CAD development, prototyping, visualization, DFM support, and qualified engineering or compliance specialists when a project requires them. Internal staffing isn't part of the current model. If the practice grows beyond what one operator and a network can handle, that may change. Until then, Lean stays Lean.
